Definitions
These Terms use a few words that have specific meanings. These words are capitalized throughout the Terms and can only be interpreted with the definitions on this page.
"Membership" means the nature of your access to the Resources you've registered for or purchased: normally a user login to the Artisan Analytics website. It doesn't entail access to any specific content or require any particular payments.
"Resource" means a specific collection of web pages, images, videos, files, access to cloud-hosted documents (eg. Google Sheets) or any other materials, that are provided as a single product on my site. They might be free or paid. I might describe them as courses, guides, lessons etc.
"Bundle" means a particular kind of Membership that gives you access to multiple Resources for a single payment.
"Unlimited Access" means that you can access a Resource via your Membership for as long as it's available on my site.

Membership
Registering for a free or paid Resource or Bundle on Artisan Analytics gives you a Membership: a login to my website where you can access the Resources you've registered for or that came with your Bundle. If you purchase additional Resources later, your login will stay the same. The new Resource is added to your Membership.
Your name, email address and other details are stored as a user in my Wordpress website.
A Membership on Artisan Analytics is not a recurring subscription.

Unlimited Access
Unless otherwise indicated during purchase, you get Unlimited Access to your Resource (including updates), for as long as I keep it published. This means that your access won't have an expiry date or a limited number of views.
If I transfer my website hosting, move to a new platform or otherwise change how your Resources are published, I'll take all practicable steps to transfer your user access or provide you the option to regain access.
I cannot guarantee that I'll keep all or any Resources published or up-to-date indefinitely.
Your Unlimited Access applies only to the specific, named Resource that you registered for and does not automatically transfer to any similar Resources that I might create in the future. I may transfer access at my own discretion.

Payments
All payments on Artisan Analytics are one-time payments. You'll never incur a repeating charge or subscription that you didn't agree to.
When you make a payment, your payment details are sent directly to Stripe to process the payment. They're never stored on my website.
It's your responsibility to enter any discount codes during checkout to access lower prices. You won't be entitled to a refund if you have access to a discount code but do not use it, or if you're given access to a discount code after paying full price.

Refunds
I'm unable to offer refunds of any paid Resources or Bundles, because these purchases give you instant access to the full product materials. There are no ongoing subscriptions to cancel.
You may have additional consumer rights that override this policy in certain circumstances.

Sending you emails
You'll receive some transactional emails regarding your Membership on Artisan Analytics, like purchase confirmation or password reset emails.
Other emails are sent to you via my email marketing platform: MailerLite. Your details will be transferred to MailerLite for processing in accordance with their Privacy Policy and Terms.
These other emails might include:
Emails related to the Resources in your Membership:
- Lesson summaries and reminders
- Notifications about updates in the future
- Requests for feedback
Other promotional emails:
- New blog articles
- Special resources and mini-courses
- Early bird or special discounts for products & programs
- Relevant resources, events & offers from my friends and partners
You can unsubscribe from any or all of these non-transactional emails. Unsubscribing will not close your Membership account on Artisan Analytics or remove your access to your Resources, but it will stop me from sending you information and updates about your Resources.
I won’t use your email subscription data for any purposes other than to send you emails. Read my full privacy policy.

Updates, improvements and feedback
You can always access the latest versions of the Resources in your Membership. That means that when I make improvements and updates, you'll get access to those changes straight away. (I'll tell you about them by email.)
I welcome any and all feedback about my Resources, so I can make them better. If you think something important is missing or unclear - please tell me. If you're unhappy with a paid Resource, I may be able to update it to make it more useful and actionable.
I reserve the right to create new Resources based on the content of existing Resources, where the new materials have provided significant additional value, outside of the original scope and learning goals of the existing Resource.

Changes to these terms
I reserve the right to change these Terms at any time, by updating this page.
In general, changes to these Terms will immediately and automatically apply to your Membership.
However, if you register for a particular Resource with "Unlimited Access", I commit to honouring specific things as at the date of your registration:
- Price: You'll never pay more to keep accessing a Resource already in your Membership, even if I:
- Make a free Resource paid,
- Increase the price,
- Move it into a subscription or recurring payment model.
- Limited Access: If I implement expiry dates or view limits, these will not apply to your existing "Unlimited Access" Resources.
